TECHNICAL DUE DILIGENCE

ECE Group GmbH & Co. KG combines the activities of the companies ECE Marketplaces, ECE Work & Live and ECE Real Estate Partners under one roof. The company currently manages 196 shopping centres with 7.2 million square metres of retail space and looks after properties with a market value volume of 30 billion euros.

In 2022, REELAB’s valuation team was commissioned by cmT.Germany GmbH to carry out an object inspection of 3 shopping centres as part of technical due diligence. The focus of the work was on optimising the technical inventory documentation and reviewing and presenting the technical status quo of the property while retaining the current use. Based on the results, a strategic modernisation concept was developed by ECE as a basis for budget and measure planning.
