The city of Strausberg is currently experiencing a rising influx due to the proximity to Berlin, and according to the forecasts, this trend will continue.
In view of the rising demand for living accommodation, Strausberger Wohnungsbaugesellschaft is increasing its new construction activities.
For the first pilot project “Lindenpromenade 9”, REELAB performed a VOF procedure for awarding the contract for general planner (prime consultant) services based on a previously worked out list of criteria and taking the existing feasibility study into account.
The aim was to determine that the general planner was suitable to plan and build an energy and environmental showcase project for the city of Strausberg.
