In the immediate proximity to the Federal Foreign Office, between Museum Island and Gendarmenmarkt, Strabag Real Estate constructed a modern business and residential quarter with a gross floor area of 17,500 m².
The project comprised 6,000 m² of office rental area, a hotel with 190 guest rooms, 19 premium flats and 72 indoor parking spaces.
The turn-key construction of the ensemble was realized by Ed. Züblin AG. Our technical partner office SERVICE ENGINEER acted as consultant for the optimization of the preliminary and detailed designs.
The scope of work also included the verification of the preliminary design of the building services to ensure their plausibility, functionality, and cost efficiency.
