In 2020, COLCAP GmbH acquired the office building THE TECH HUB. The centrally located building with approx. 13,000 m² of rental space and an unobstructed view of Tempelhofer Feld is the Berlin headquarters of Vodafone.
REELAB is currently providing COLCAP GmbH with technical consultancy services in the context of technical asset management. The aim of the contract is to ensure the optimal operation of the building. In addition, the scope of services includes consulting and preparing the energy optimisation of the building.
