The STOFFEL Group was founded 110 years ago as a food retailer and has developed into an investor, property developer and landlord since 1978. More than 100 projects have now been realised.
In 2022, the REELAB assessment team carried out an inventory of the property – Unter den Linden 39 in Berlin – as part of the energy optimisation service profile. As a first step, an inventory of the property was carried out in order to localise the necessary maintenance requirements within the next 10 years. At the same time, the necessary energy refurbishment measures were calculated on the basis of the target definition of the energy level to be achieved.
Based on the results, STOFFEL Holding GmbH developed a strategic modernisation concept.
