COLCAP GmbH, based in Düsseldorf, specialises in investments in the “Core” to “Core Plus” asset classes. In the first quarter of 2018, the EDGE Südkreuz Berlin project development, which is still at the planning stage, was acquired as part of a forward deal.
The approximately 32,000 m² office complex with its spectacular atrium building is the new Vattenfall headquarters for Germany. The project, initiated by industry pioneer EDGE Technologies, is one of the most sustainable and smartest office buildings in Europe.
REELAB was commissioned by COLCAP GmbH with the financing and construction controlling for the period 2020 to 2023. The aim of the assignment was to ensure that the deadline and quality targets defined in the purchase agreement were met.
