Europa Capital was founded in 1995 by Sir John Beckwith and is based in London.

Europa Capital is a partnership, as part of the Rockefeller Group, majority owned by Mitsubishi Estate Co Ltd.

Since 2020, Skjerven Group has been a joint venture partner for Europa Capital’s Value Add fund. The joint venture is currently focused on Berlin, where a real estate portfolio with a focus on residential with an admixture of hotels and commercial space is to take place in the coming years.

Since 2020, REELAB has acted as technical partner in the acquisition process for the joint venture.
