REELAB prepared and carried out the negotiated procedure according to VgV/GWB for the award of the contract for general planner (prime consultant) services.
The aim of the developed list of criteria, based on the available feasibility study, was to determine the suitability of the general planner for the design and erection of a cost-efficient residential building with 41 flats in Strausberg.
Particular attention was paid to the realization of optimized family-friendly types of flats and the development of a new-build standard for future projects.
