Since 2023, REELAB has been supporting ARAX Properties Ltd. in developing the sustainability strategy for its portfolios as part of its energy optimisation services.
The City Campus Hamburg property is a multi-tenant office complex with nine buildings and a lettable area of approx. 43,500 m². The site was completed in 1992.
An economically optimised energy modernisation concept is currently being developed for the City Campus Hamburg. This takes into account the defined energy targets and the existing property qualities. The task also includes the preliminary assessment for sustainability certification and the determination of possible subsidy scenarios.
