Europa Capital Ltd. is a partnership within the Rockefeller Group, which is majority owned by Mitsubishi Estate Co Ltd.In the joint venture with Skjerven Group, the aim is to build a real estate portfolio with a focus on residential, with an admixture of hotels and commercial space, over the coming years.

Since 2020, REELAB has acted as a technical partner in the joint venture’s acquisition process. From 2022, a more comprehensive assessment of the energy development potential will be carried out. In addition to conducting a technical due diligence, the calculation of the necessary energy refurbishment measures to ensure ESG compliance will be carried out in parallel based on the target definition of the energy level to be achieved.
