Project monitoring and control

BERVEST Vermögensverwaltungs GmbH & Co. KG is a German investment company based in Hamburg. The focus is primarily on the residential asset class. The investments range from the basic to the upscale residential class.

In 2020, part of the Pankebogen residential complex, which is currently under construction, was acquired as part of a forward deal. In the Pankebogen project, 515 flats ranging in size from 43 to 160 square metres are being built in seven buildings on the site of a former barracks in Bernau. REELAB carried out construction and financing controlling in the years 2020 – 2022. The aim of the assignment was to ensure compliance with the deadlines defined in the project contract. Further focal points were the plausibility check of the technical acceptance documents and the review of the execution quality of the property.
