Swiss Life Asset Managers

Since 2015, KVL has been working in cooperation with REELAB as a partner in the acquisition process and in construction and financing controlling for CORPUS SIREO Real Estate GmbH. In July 2021, CORPUS SIREO Real Estate GmbH was acquired by the Swiss insurance group Swiss Life. Asset management in Switzerland, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Great Britain and Northern Europe has thus been bundled under the name Swiss Life Asset Managers since 2021.

The projects managed in the period since 2015 mainly comprise the asset classes residential and office, as individual properties or portfolios. The objective of commissioning construction and financing controlling was to ensure compliance with the deadlines and costs defined in the project contract. Another focus was to check compliance with the execution properties of the property.
