Since the second quarter of 2023, REELAB has been supporting ARAX Properties Ltd. in the development of a future-proof and sustainable building concept for the Josetti Höfe as part of its energy optimisation services.

The Josetti Höfe are a multi-tenant office complex in Berlin – Kreuzberg in a direct Spree location with approx. 14,600 m² of rental space. The property, a classic example of typical Berlin commercial courtyard architecture, was completed in 1906 and is a listed building.

As part of the refurbishment of the site, REELAB is supporting the realisation of the desired BREEAM certification targets, the developed ESG strategy and possible funding scenarios.
