The Dusseldorf-based COLCAP GmbH focuses on investments in the Core and Core Plus categories. In the first quarter of 2018, the company acquired the EDGE Südkreuz Berlin project development, then in its planning phase, in a forward deal.
The property comprises two buildings – one of them a spectacular atrium building – with a total gross floor area of 32,000 m² and will be the future German headquarters of the energy supplier Vattenfall. The project was initiated by the green building pioneer EDGE technologies. Once completed, EDGE Südkreuz Berlin will be one of Europe’s smartest and most sustainable office buildings.
REELAB is currently providing Project Monitoring and Control services for COLCAP GmbH. The objective of the assignment is to ensure that the deadlines and qualities specified in the sale and purchase agreement are met.
